The hotel is very close to the airport, so the location is very convenient with just a short 10 minute walk. We had to catch a flight at 7am and informed the receptionist that we would check out at 5am. Dinner was difficult to find as the restaurant was closed and most other restaurants in the area are closed during weekends. The room was clean and comfortable with modern fittings. When we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had arranged for a car to us there at no extra cost, and the driver was very professional.

On arrival, the bus stop at the airport drop off from Toulouse train station is right next to the collection point for the free ‘navette’ Radisson Blu shuttle ride. On departure, I booked my 04:45 shuttle ride for the next morning and it went without any issues. The hotel itself has a lovely, relaxing indoor, as well as outdoor bar/restaurant area, complete with a mini vineyard! The quality of rooms was fantastic and the staff/service is excellent.

Very clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna very much. Staff very helpful. When neither I nor two members of staff were able to get the app to work to charge my electric car, one of them used his personal account to charge my car battery in exchange for 15€ cash which was enough to get me home the next day. NB- Make sure you download the Electromap app and link a credi card before you go because WiFi in garage spotty! Free shuttle to airport in the morning was very helpful. Dinner in restaurant was good.

The staff were exceptional in this Airport hotel. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. From the moment we arrived Lemane on Reception was very helpful. The shuttle bus was an unexpected bonus that was offered to us. And the friendliness was amazing. Although it was the last night of our holiday, and only stayed there for ease of access to the airport for an early flight, it turned out to be the most enjoyable night of our holiday. Well done all !!!

They also have free parking on site which is a plus. The room was clean and had all of the basics.
